Accessing the Ellucian Site using Firefox

One of the most annoying things about accessing the Ellucian site for me, is that when you use Firefox by default, you get this strange loop where you alternate between the signin screen opening the default_app screen as shown below.

For both Firefox windows and Firefox Mac,

Go to settings->Privacy and Security->Manage Exceptons:

Add the following URLs to the exceptions list:

• https://ellucian.com
• https://okta.com

Once this is done, you should be able to successfully login to the Ellucian site using Firefox
